I was hired as a Customer Service Representative, gradually working my way up to Assistant Manager. Pool Mart allowed to me obtain strong interpersonal, sales and customer service skills – abilities that can be applied to numerous professional positions.

Began coursework – Computer Science and Digital Media Arts dual major.

I was hired as an Inside Sales Assistant, a supportive role that acted as an administrative assistant to the sales team. I functioned as a liaison between all departments, which facilitated effective communication within the company.

I was hired in the Application Development department as a Technology Intern. I finished several initiatives, including but not limited to: a redesign and logo update for mtb.com, Windows 2007 upgrade testing, search engine keyword updates, monthly statistics analysis and documentation for several procedures and policies.

Developed a web application called HomeworkHelper for a school project. The concept and image of the app was inspired by Stack Overflow; it's an outlet that aids students with subject specific questions. Students can browse through questions by date submitted or subject. It also permits students to submit questions of their own, giving their peers an opportunity to leave an answer.

The database tables were composed using MySQL Workbench and are populated by information entered by the end user. The web front end was written in HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript and AJAX. Regular Expressions were custom written for form validation.

Transitioned from a Technology Intern to a Full Time Employee. I accepted a position as an Operations Analyst, where my responsibilities included but were not limited to: Active Directory reporting, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) operations, Windows 7 and 10 Microsoft Security Patching and Microsoft SharePoint administration.

Completed a week long intensive for certification in Enterprise Mobile Device Management using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.

I was promoted to an Infrastructure Analyst II and obtained the Banking Officer title.

Designed and developed my wedding website, allowing guests to RSVP online and view pertinent details left off the paper invitation like location, registry and accomodations.

I was hired as an IT Developer on the Web & Mobile Development team. Day to day, I test, debug, maintain and implement high quality front-end and back-end code for our internal and external websites. I am responsible for collaborating with the Quality Assurance Testing Team, to ensure we are delivering efficient and effective code. I also interact with the Digital Experience Team, to certify clean interfaces, intuitive interactions and positive user experiences are being utilized. Occasionally, I have to respond to third party vendors or customers if emergency maintenance situations arise.
